Qualifications:
• Undergraduate or College graduate is welcome to apply!
• With or without experience
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role but not required
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
• Amenable to work in Tandang Sora, Quezon City
Job Description:
• Assist customers using the chat system
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
• Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices and other details to prospective and existing customers
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
