Job Description
We are searching for a talented lawyer to assist our company's legal needs. Your principal goal will be to guarantee that all of our company's transactions comply with state laws and regulations. Other duties will include corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
Prepare the appropriate legal documents for estate planning clients and revising documents as they may request.
Reviewing notes from attorney/ client meetings and preparing documents according to the notes
Prepare the appropriate corporate documents as needed, including shareholder agreements, Operating Agreements, and ByLaws
Examine the legal issues related to how client matters are regulated under Florida and US Law, which may include tax law issues
Assist in transcription of documents
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law
Licensed to practice law in a reputable jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a lawyer
Excellent grammar and vocabulary in English is an absolute requirement
Highly analytical and strong attention to detail
Work Location: Hybrid (Eastwood office)
Work Hours: 3AM to 12PM Manila Time
