Law & Compliance Junior Specialist (Legal or Audit background preferred)
· Provide advice on general, recurring questions in the area of Compliance (e.g. Data Privacy, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Conflict of interest) in line with Bayer Policies and Procedures.
· Provide advice and contribute to approval workflows in the area of Code Compliance, donations and sponsorships, data privacy and Third-Party Due diligence.
· Provide advice on general, recurring legal questions considering the countries' specific code with APAC region
· Handle administrative tasks which relates to LPCx and/or the Integrated Compliance Management, compliance training and Effectiveness Monitoring for certain compliance risk areas
· Support and monitor the roll out and participation in LPCx driven web-based trainings and roadshows and support LPCx driven communication campaigns and advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities within LPCx
· Implement LPCx routines & (digital) tools of work organization. Proactively monitor the new LPCx system and contribute to improve the process.
· Collaborate with global project team to smoothly transfer the processes from local Legal, Patent and Compliance departments to the hub (APAC LPCx). Proactively engage and take care of assigned processes in terms of implementation, hypercare and supporting countries for change management.
· Continues monitoring and evaluation of the demands of the countries and stakeholders and come up with the regular reports about the queries and process improvements.
· Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS: Academic degree in Law, Compliance, or related
discipline and /or professional management experience in any one or more of the following topics Audit, Corporate Compliance, Investigations for internal company topics related to Data Privacy, Antitrust, Anti-Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Fraud, Risk Management.
