Responsibilities
Documents (DOAS, CTS, Term Sheet, SPA, MOA, DODA, Usufruct Agreement, etc.) that are necessary for the conveyance of deeds and titles, including securing easement and ROW
Support in managing lands to be acquired or under acquisition relating to issues on documentation, taxes, leases
Processing and completion of documents, including updating of tax declaration, transfer of title, annotation of title, and the other prerequisites necessary to complete the same, includes going to government agencies (DAR, LRA, DENR, etc.) and LGUs and building relationships with strategic stakeholders in these offices
Support in development of contracts and agreements with service providers and consultants related to the function's deliverables
Works such that acquired properties are compliant with land registration laws within the agreed timeline
Provides technical expertise in the property registration of acquired real properties
Works towards timely completion and issuance of documents related to DAR conversion, land reclassification, and expropriation
Identifies risks in collaboration with the relevant departments within the organization
