You will be part of a fast-paced and progressive Managed Service Provider. We are looking for a Systems
Engineer to support our client's critical systems. As a member of the Helpdesk team, you will be working with
some great engineers on multiple clients/projects using the latest technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365
and only a small subset of legacy items such as vmware.
We manage and support over 3000+ devices nationally.

Requirements
 Proven experience as a Systems Engineer (5 years or greater MSP experience at Level 3)
 Experience in supporting infrastructure for various platforms such as Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft
365, MS HyperV, and Remote Desktop Services.
 Virtualization concepts
 Microsoft Windows System administration skills including knowledge in Active Directory Configuration
and Management
 Assist with delivery of network infrastructure for small to medium sized businesses
 Provide technical phone and email support to small medium business customers across a range of
diverse technologies, including but not limited to networking services and cloud services
 Provide clients with timely updates, resolutions within SLAs
 Troubleshooting and translating technical language into simple terms for customers
 Use of ticketing system and maintaining documentation
