What impact you can make You will play a vital role in protecting our client's data, networks, and computer systems from breaches and cyberattacks. Role and Responsibilities Manage team ticket queue and resolve in timely manner. Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation. Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate to L3 support when necessary. Provide global 24x7 operations support to client Meet service level agreement (SLA) commitments. Help the users in solving data issues. Perform system administration tasks. User administration. Provide software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer. Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements. Ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications. Consult with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance. Manage code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality. Establish the root causes of application errors and escalate serious concerns to the Senior Engineer. Keep records of configuration changes and schedule application updates. Document processes and monitor application performance metrics. Provide front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments. Application Support Engineer Required Skills and Experience A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar Hands on experience in password management, application configuration Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as C++, Javascript, Python, and Ruby Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and webbased clients Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them Ability to keep up with innovation in application design Exceptional communication skills Our Offering Global cutting-edge IT projects that shape the future of digital and have a positive impact on environment Wellbeing programs & work-life balance - integration and passion sharing events Attractive Salary and Company Initiative Benefits Courses and conferences Attractive Salary
