Seeking an experienced subject matter expert with demonstrated competence with Mobile RAN OSS, KPI optimization, DT Optimization, and management. Knowledge and experience working with Huawei and Ericsson vendor systems. As an RF expert, this person will help define how we Optimize, deploy, and optimize mobile networks. This position requires a broad technical knowledge of different RF. Leverages in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to improve their network cost advantage by increasing operational efficiencies within their Radio network. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
are important for this position.
You Will
Strong understanding of Network KPIs and counters
Strong Analytical skills and convincing capability
Ericsson [ENIQ] & Huawei [PRS, M2000, U2000, Natstar], Nokia [NetAct] performance system hands on
Background knowledge in 2G/3G/LTE
Define, monitoring and troubleshooting of Radio OSS/Drive test Networks KPIs.
Network Daily performance
Improve agreed Network level OSS KPIs as per Quarterly KPI acceptance target.
Improve agreed Drive test KPIs for
Always work proactively for new site performance and making sure other SHs are notified for performance support
Track record for HW faults and chronic pains weekly and document it
yoü Essential Requirements
Every individual in the Engineering team brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Bachelor's degree in Technology preference in Telecommunication.
6+ years of overall wireless and wireline telecom industry experience as a service provider and/or equipment vendor. Huawei and Ericsson vendor knowledge are highly appreciated
Proven hand-on experience in optimization, and management of the RF networks elements
Aware of Exclusion Matrix for KPI acceptance
Always work proactively for new site performance and making sure other SHs are notified for performance support
Track record for HW faults and chronic pains weekly and document it.
Prepare justification pack for KPI acceptance exclusions.
Built relationship with client's Performance team and Regional Managers for smooth
communications
Manage day to day Optimization KPI analysis and tracking activity which drives KPI improvements
Data base update on regular basis
Granularity of OSS counters and formulas verification
XML validation
Tableau, Power BI, & advance user of XL and macros
