KOREAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ONSITE CEBU)
 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service in both Korean and English through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating them when necessary, ensuring a smooth customer experience for Korean-speaking clients.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
High School Diploma, Senior High School Diploma, Undergraduate/ completed 2 years in college
With or without Call Center / BPO experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
Experience with translation software and tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
Must be willing to work onsite at our Cebu office.
Salary package: up to 100k
