Position: Korean CS Quality Assurance Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 90,000 MAX
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting (2 days off)

Requirements:
Open for Filipino fluent in Korean language.
Open for Korean nationals who have a permanent visa.
With atleast 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst
Experience in customer service is a plus (preferably in contact centers, includes time in a quality assurance role)
Willing to work for a well known account
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
Participate in call calibrations and meetings
Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
Provide feedback for improvements
Monitor the performance of team members
