Requirements:
Korean National with excellent proficiency in English
Filipino fluent in Korean language
Completed at least 2 years in college
With at least 6 month BPO/CS experience
Knowledge in luxury fashion industry is a plus
Amenable to work in Shifting Schedule
With access to quiet and secured room
With at least 30 mbps internet subscription
Responsibilities:
Perform order processing and closely coordinating with the Shipping department
Handling client requests through calls, chats and emails
Coordinate and provide support with the international premium clients
Assist clients in styling and shopping luxury brands
