JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: One of the well known and leading electronic commerce platform around the world. A multinational technology company that has HR Shared Services Support in Philippines
Qualifications:
Korean National proficient in English
Filipino with advanced proficiency in Korean language
Must be Graduate of Bachelor's Degree or any 4 year course
With at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ ADMIN / SUPPORT role
With working experience in BPO/Shared Services is preferred
Knowledge and experience in HR roles and functions is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls and requested related to Employment details, Education background, and Reference check of employees, managers, etc
Verifying employment information to reference checks provided by the employee
Performing background checks and ensuring data provided of the employee on his records are accurate and valid.
Support Local HR Team in improving all HR programs and the implementation
Recruitment Process:
Initial Interview over the phone
Language assessment
Final Interview
