Qualifications:
Korean National present in the Philippines (Permanent Visa holder)
Preferably Bachelor's degree holder
With at least 2 years experience working in a customer support role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable with MS Office
Skilled in using computer
Can work at home
Can start working asap
Job Duties:
Assist Korean users primarily through email, live chat or phone call
Translate documents from Korean to English (Vice versa) required for the software update
Provide efficient and timely troubleshooting solutions using Korean language
Coordinate with the product specialist team and provide reports on received issues
Provide support as a Help Center for the Korean users
