Work Schedule: Shifting (3 rotating schedules; dayshift, night shift and graveyard shift)

•Assists Korean client's to their concerns through calls, chats and emails
•Handle clients deposits and withdrawals
•Translate documents to Korean to English and vice versa
•Conducts telemarketing
