We are looking for a Korean Customer Service Officer who will be assisting Korean natives in attending to their inquiries and resolving customer issues.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in Korean/ Hangul language
With at least TOPIK Level 4 certification
Ability to read, write and speak very well in Korean
Ability to converse professionally well in English
Background with customer service is an advantage
Amendable to work in shifting schedules including morning, mid and night shifts.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Handling customer support through various channels like e-mail, live chat and phone calls
Help customers with account issues or any other matter as requested
Use of available tools and information resources to resolve problems and issues
Escalates unresolved problems in accordance with establish policy procedures and protocols
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during all interactions
Keep track of transaction discrepancies and take appropriate action
Practice empathy, patience and active listening at all times
