Company Profile:
An IT solution provider and offers RPO services to business to enhance business operations
Requirements:
Filipino proficient in Korean language
Korean National proficient in English
Must be a Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar field
Knowledge in Order to Cash/ ERP System is an advantage
With 1 to 3 years work experience in BPO company is required
Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers with outstanding due payments and collect receivables
Maintain accurate records of all collections actions in the system
Ensure customers pay their dues on time
Conduct dunning process to customers and improve collections strategy
