Position: Korean Account Payable Analyst

Salary: Php 70,000- Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off (8AM - 5 PM)

Requirements:
Korean National located in the Philippines
Filipino proficient in Korean language
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance or any related courses or At Least Associate Graduate or 2 year course related to any of these fields.
1-2 years experience in Accounting or Finance transaction activities
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools, SAP/ERP
Responsibilities:
Processing payment proposals, manual payments, voiding or canceling payments, and resetting cleared items
Entering data, maintaining records of down payment requests, invoice plans, credit memos, and prepayments
Prioritizes paying bills that must be paid immediately, like those for utilities, freight, landed costs, taxes, customs, etc.
Problem solving: investigates accounts, statements, and invoices to find overpayments, underpayments, or unresolved issues.
Processing payments and controls to avoid issues with payments
