About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our database and records. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can work efficiently with accuracy while supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases and systems
Verify accuracy of information and check for errors or duplicates
Maintain and organize electronic and paper files
Generate and prepare reports as needed
Support other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
At least HS/SHS graduate or college level/graduate
Proven experience in data entry or similar role is an advantage
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) or Google Suite
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Good communication skills
