MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Developing Accounts in Cebu through the execution of highly differentiated activities
JOB SUMMARY
Ensuring regular customer engagement to further build business and relationship
Ensuring perfect basics such as stock availability and replenishment across all branches
Planning strategic activities and initiatives to win in the channel and customer
Coordinating with agencies to ensure on-time execution, monitoring and documentation of these activities
Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators
Ensuring successful new store openings by making Unilever brands stand out inside the store
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 1-3 years of experience with account management/sales
Must be action and detail-oriented, with an eye and passion for excellence
Must be flexible, possessing good interpersonal skills
Must possess the leadership skills to direct a group of Field supervisors / merchandisers in ensuring perfect and consistent execution across doors
Knows how to drive
Bachelor's Degree holder
