KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our New Equipment Business team as a Key Account Manager - Hokkien/Mandarin. You will be handling and managing top tier clients of KONE Philippines in the market. Your key focus is to ensure successful client partnership for our new and existing customers through consultative approach.
What will you be doing?
Strategic planning and winning new and existing clients in the market
Positively building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Diligently updating systems and tools of correct opportunity data in CRM
Client Managing and developing business relationships
Develop and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
Are you the one?
Bachelor's degree holder
Confident in creating business deals and negotiation using Hokkien/Mandarin language
Strong in strategic planning in winning new customers through solution selling
Proven success in handling major clients in the construction industry
Strong commitment in creating client pipeline through our systems and tools (CRM)
Ability to interact with C-suite level of KONE key customers and ensure positive impact during presentation and meetings
