Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Key Account Managers to oversee the relationship's of the company with the clients.
Job Description:
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company
Resolve client issues and complaints
Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
Anticipate changes and improvements in various client accounts.
Manage communications between clients and internal teams
Manage account team assigned to each client
Strategic planning to improve client results
Work with top management, managers, and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of service are being provided and all client needs met
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and managers
Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
Expand and maintain good business relationships with clients
Provide assistance to the HR Department
Other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Qualification:
Proven experience as Key Account Manager
Background in Admin
Excellent in Communication (Verbal or written)
