Job Description
Analyzes external trends and historical performance intensively to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for one's account.
Develops and executes sales strategies for one's accounts based on agreed strategies and workplan
Regularly reviews account's sales performance and suggests corrective measures, when needed
Follows the standards and protocols for effective account and channel management.
Executes strategic business plans for building sustainable and profitable relationships with assigned account/s.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with assigned accounts through regular consultation meetings, store visits, and business reviews.
Complies with all operating procedures for one's assigned geography
Follows the established forecasting standards and protocols to ensure accurate forecasts per account
Completes all required reports at the required timeframe and quality level
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Strategic thinker with experience in defining, implementing and managing product portfolio and management strategies in a global company
Strong leadership skills: motivator, negotiator, problem solver, communicator
