A Key Account Executive is expected to drive quality growth of our business in terms of revenue management, QDVP execution, P&L, value market share and customer satisfaction.

The role is part of the Modern Trade Team under the PH Commercial Sales organization

Top Accountabilities
Deliver Account performance targets by engaging key stakeholders and influencing relevant elements of P&L
Own & drive Sales Strategy and execution plans to deliver value share gains and financial leverage
Sales Driver Activities: Work with Customer Marketing & Marketing teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation Brand & Trade activities
M & Es: Continue to improve execution through insightful M&Es
Customers: Nurture Customer relationships internal & External & implement category growth plans, understand customer dynamics& needs
Insights: Contribute commercial insight
Forecasting & Planning: Annual, quarterly, Monthly planning (S&Op) - brand/ sku wise/ JUBP for Key customers
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
At least three years of Key Account Management experience, ideally within consumer goods and/or retail environment.
Sound understanding of category management and the implementation of customer programs.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to manage multiple stakeholders, delivering across company, brand, and customer objectives.
Above average analytical and strategic planning skills.
Ability for complex problem-solving and decision-making, even in ambiguous situations.
Proficient communication skills: verbal and written business correspondence, presentation planning and delivery
Intermediate MS Office capabilities: Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint
Comfortable with the use of technology and mobile tools
