Job Description
Creating and making sure that spreadsheets for all key accounts are up-to-date.
Ensuring Account Receivables are updated.
Building relationship with account's POC.
Coordination between the Company and the clients.
Answering calls and managing routing correspondence with clients.
Carrying out related tasks, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year work experience, and a bachelor's degree is required.
Background with sales, or executive assistant is an advantage.
Organized individual and with a keen eye to small details.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills are a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge on Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
