JOB SUMMARY
Oversees and manages over-all merchant account performance and related activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieves merchant account sales targets and goals with collaboration with sales team.
Collaborates with sales team to set sales objectives and strategies and identify and grow opportunities within account territory.
Ensures the timely and successful delivery of agreed campaigns and support according to agreement with accounts and company objectives.
Forecasts and track account metrics such sales results, application targets, revenues and profits.
Collects and analyzes sales data and trends and prepare reports about account status and periodically report to immediate superiors.
Ensures brand exposure and consistency to all account marketing communication materials.
Manages account portfolio and achieve assigned strategic account objectives.
Serves as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting account relationships and partnership.
Clearly communicates the developments of projects or initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develops new business/opportunities with existing accounts and identify areas of improvements to meet sales targets and brand awareness.
Acts as the point-person between account and internal teams to ensure agreement with requirements are met timely and within set budget.
Stays abreast with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales and improve policies and procedures.
Negotiates contracts and abide within the agreed terms and compliance standard of the company to maximize support and profit.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and other activities as needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management and any equivalent course.
With at least two 3-4 years of experience in Account Management from retail, financial institutions and related industries.
With excellent communications (in both writing and oral) and project management skills.
With strong drive to achieve goals, sound planning, logical execution, leadership and people skills.
Highly analytical with good business acumen and relations.
With good moral character and high level of professionalism and integrity.
