The Digital Marketing Kartra Specialist is a key support position on the team for Dr. Roseann.
Dr. Roseann is a mental health trailblazer, founder of The Global Institute of Children's Mental Health and Dr. Roseann is "Changing the way we view and treat children's mental health." FORBES magazine called her, "A thought leader in children's mental health".

You will be responsible for owning Kartra & Digital Marketing tech tools, and implementation support which includes managing our CRM: cleaning up, auditing and making sure database management is timely, accurate and current, cloning pages, building email sequences, etc
MUST know and be EXCELLENT with the Client Relationship Management tool: KARTRA.

Responsibilities:
- Kartra Support
- Setting up new account in Kartra
- Creating a Naming Protocol so tags, lists, sequences stay organized
- Submitting tickets to Kartra
- Fix Technology and backend glitches and issues
- Building email sequences framework, populating copy on the email sequences
and testing of emails
- Populating Membership Portal
- Creating Categories, Subcategories
- Applying Branding Guidelines to the look of the Membership Portal
- Creating new posts, uploading videos, audio, files, checkout etc
- Cloning and editing Kartra pages
- Creating Campaigns in Kartra for existing assets & deploying to Client's account
- Creating Kartra Helpdesk
- Creating Kartra Products - Checkout link, TY Page, etc
- Embed tracking codes - fb pixels, tracking tags, tracking codes
The ideal candidate must be:
- MUST know KARTRA inside & out- at least 3 years experience with this CRM
- Must be knowledgeable using Active Campaign
- MUST be proficient in Gdrive and Gsuite
- MUST have Clickup Project Management experience
- Attentive to details, efficient, meticulous and very resourceful
- If you know WordPress that is a PLUS
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to "mark things off the list" and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
- You like routine and knowing what to expect each week, reliable and dependable to get consistent tasks done each week plus manage tasks -associated with various projects at the same time
- Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm+)
- Excel at getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
- You are tech-savvy, figure out new digital programs & tools
- You are resourceful and don't need a lot of hand-holding
- You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using tech automations
Must be willing to work US hours (6am-3pm EST)
