Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Kaizen Engineer to join our Sales and After Sales Kaizen Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Kaizen is a Japanese term which means Continuous Improvement. The Kaizen Engineer is a member of the Sales Operation Kaizen Team that is responsible for managing and implementing improvement activities for Toyota Dealers.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning, kaizen, presentation, project management and coordination.
Your role and responsibilities:
Facilitation of Sales Operations Kaizen projects
o Vehicle Delivery Kaizen
o 1K Rate Customer Retention Rate Improvement
o Best in Town Activities Implementation at dealers
o Digitalization of sales activities

You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or you have related experience or skillset as described below:
