· Brand Cofense education and training material for customers.
· Create and maintain CBT modules including republishing of files, updating packaging for distribution, uploading to AWS server, and updating SharePoint files.
· Manage CBT localizations which includes importing XML files, changing manifests, extensive QA, and publishing.
· Perform QA on all new material/content for accuracy.
· Utilize Zendesk to monitor and respond to support tickets requesting customization.
· Create and maintain step by step instructions for customizing customer deliverables.
· Test web content across multiple browsers.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Prior experience designing online content preferably with Adobe Captivate.
· Prior experience with SnagIt, Web Browser Development Tools, 7-zip, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or BrowserStack.
· Advanced knowledge working in MS PowerPoint and MS Word required.
· Understanding of responsive web design is preferable.
· Previous experience using Learning Management Systems like SumTotal, Moodle, Blackboard, or Litmos.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Proven project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
· Ability to prioritize activities to ensure successful on-time delivery.
· Must have extraordinary attention for detail.
