Responsibilities:
Design, create and execute test scripts to meet test objectives
Report and keep track of bugs and issues detected using jira
Learn the propriety tools of the company
Work with the developers to ensure the product complies with the requirements before deployment
Participate in improving and automating regression tests for test efficiency
Participate in QA initiatives: tool evaluations and process improvements
Manual and automated testing
Unit, integration, functional, load, api/web service testing
Self-managing, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
What we're looking for:
At least 1 year experience specialized in it/computer - software
Fresh grads with qa internship experience are encouraged to apply
Experience in using any of the following test automation tool is an advantage: jira, selenium, jmeter, soapui, eclipse, testng, rspec and testcomplete
Technically proficient in any of the following programming language: java, ruby on rails, c#, php and/or .net
Experience in designing, creating and executing test cases and test scripts
Natural team player who can work well either independently or in a team
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
