JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Preferably with less than 1 year experience in Programming
C/AL or AL experience at a hands on level
Previous Project experience (Customization, modification, testing)
Knowledgeable on any Enterprise Resource System (ERP)
Preferably with basic knowledge in NAV Dynamics (or similar software) application but not required
Basic Accounting knowledge - Debit and Credit
Can facilitate end-to-end system implementation to the end users
Key skills:
a. Object Oriented Programming

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, Coding, Testing, Documentation in the areas of Development and Maintenance;
Develops at all levels of the stack, from database to UI and everything in-between;
Ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables;
Production of accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the required level of detail in the timescales as defined by the Automation Manager;
Production, preparation and execution of unit test plans;
Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live;
Production of efficient and fully documented code;
Production of supporting technical and installation documentation for internal publication;
Achievement of agreed productivity targets in order to ensure developments are delivered within budget, to schedule and to defined quality standards;
Completion of all necessary software and non-software components in the timescales as defined by the Project Manager;
Works with little day to day supervision from immediate head;
Tech Specs, Code and/or Unit Test Plans produced are all in line with the functional Specification;
Ensures all work is reviewed to ensure adherence to the relevant development standards;
Peer review and sign-off of others work;
Timely and accurate reporting of project status as required by supervisor;
Production and revision of accurate detailed estimates;
Escalate product issues and suggest product improvements;
Escalate all issues in a timely fashion
