Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Position: Service Desk Analyst (Ms365/O365/Active Directory)Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365/O365 applications and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
Assist users with account management, software installations, and configurations.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions through Active Directory.
Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery processes.
Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a similar role supporting MS365/O365
Hands-on experience with Active Directory user and group management.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and cloud services.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
