Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service before and after a sale
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Help customers determine their needs then provide proper recommendations to solve their problems
Develop strong relationships with customers and look for opportunities to further expand their products
Take full advantage of company webinar sessions to remain current with product offerings
Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
Update customer records in the company database as required
Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
Collaborate with colleagues to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
Report any inventory or service issues to management immediately
Minimum Qualifications

The Junior Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with larger customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed. Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills. You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills. With experience with handling key accounts is a plus! Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and expert of our brand.
Responsible for documented tracking and proper channeling of customer inquiries or complaints coming from all platforms by liaising the issue to right department for resolution
Be proactive in the development of good relations within the customer community and internally (within company)
Associate degree required (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)
1-2+ years' account handling/ sales preferred
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
