A word of warning, though. This is not a position for corporate robots who just clock in and clock out every day. This is not for those who enjoy being seat warmers at work. This role is for individuals who are prepared to go above and beyond their responsibilities, for those who want to create genuine relationships with their clients rather than just sending out emails and making phone calls. You're wondering why, aren't you? This is because we are not your typical company, and definitely, we are also not looking for typical employees.
So what does a Junior Sales Associate in PRAXXYS really do?
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will:
* Spearhead sales funnel process (i.e. from Initial Inquiry to After Sales)
* Prepare customized proposals
* Attend to the client's concerns in a specific project
* Usher and keep track of the production progress of the assigned projects
* Accomplish the client's deliverables
* Properly lead, orient and guide production team members about the technicalities, complexities and processes related to the project
* Establish clear and specific internal and external workflow and timelines
* Effectively coordinate with affiliated departments for the project's actual production.
* Exercise diligence and integrity on commitments, timelines, and service level agreements (SLA).
* Prepare quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans for assigned clients and projects.
* Discern if a situation necessitates urgent action; must be able to think and act in utmost urgency during exigent and extraordinary circumstances.
* Professionally and gracefully deal with difficult situations.
* Help the team achieve their monthly quota
* Help teammates handle unfamiliar or unusually challenging undertakings.
* Properly manage one's task list, schedule, files, and workspace.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field
* At least 1 - 2 years experience in sales or account management
* Above average written and oral communication skills; must have the ability to translate complex concepts to a structure understandable by laypeople.
* Must be capable of spearheading discussions and solutions ideation sessions relating to the technology (IT) industry.
* Must have the capability to influence decisions and directions of other people for the maximum benefit of the organization.
* Must adapt a mindset of being accountable and the owner of assigned leads and projects from negotiation to end of project
* Must have passion in spotting trends, adapting to new technology, and being up-to-date with the latest in the industry.
* Must be capable of professionally and sincerely collaborating with people from different walks of life. Must be able to seamlessly collaborate with members from other teams and departments.
