We are looking for a Junior RPA Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions that streamline business processes. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid technical foundation and a passion for automation, particularly in banking or fintech environments.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather process requirements and identify automation opportunities
Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation scripts to ensure high system performance and reliability
Support process documentation and ensure alignment with SDLC and agile methodologies
Assist in the integration of automation solutions with databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Proficient in MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle DB, VBA, ASP.Net, and C#
Familiar with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, PEGA, or BPA Automate
Experience in the full RPA lifecycle-from analysis and design to deployment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred:
RPA tool certification (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integrations
Experience with process mining tools or workflow engines
Prior exposure to banking or fintech processes
