What will you do?
As a Jr. Retail Brand Manager, you will work with the Marketing, Commercial, Purchasing, and Finance teams to develop a retail activation and merchandising plan for the Maybelline brand. You are expected to manage the following:
Planning and execution of launches and brand animations at store level
Planning and execution of a monthly retail activation plan
Ensure best-in-class activation in top doors
Lead the creation of point of sale communication materials
Lead brand in-store events and animations
Manage merchandising operations
Monitor sales results of activations and make recommendations
Manage retail merchandising budgets

A college graduate with a degree in Business Management or equivalent;
Good project management skills
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Ability manage multiple stakeholders with effective communication skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity
A team player that builds strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across the organisational hierarchies
Results-driven, practical, and with a methodical approach to problem-solving
Note: will work with a team of graphic designers, so technical design skills are not needed
