You'll gain hands-on experience across sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operationsKey Responsibilities
Source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing techniques.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess candidate fit.
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support the Recruitment Manager with reporting, database management, and other administrative tasks.
Stay updated on market trends and contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).
2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn will also be considered.
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet) and basic Boolean search.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to grow in recruitment.
