About the Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with your team to facilitate an amazing client experience for the customers in your portfolio. Reporting directly to your Team Leader, you will be managing ongoing tasks for your clients on the Magento and Shopify platforms, while up-skilling and collaborating with your team.
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading brands in the industry and learn about eCommerce strategies at that level of the industry.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Work with your Team Lead and our eCommerce consulting team to develop strategies for leading brands assisting in improvements in their digital eco-systems.
Work closely with the development and design team to ensure that tasks and projects are meeting the timeline and budget.

About You
You love working in a fast-paced digital environment, have meticulous attention to detail, are eager to learn everything about eCommerce, have great time and task management abilities, and, most importantly, have a strong sense of priority and teamwork.
You mastered the skill of completing tasks on time and at a high degree of quality. Because you have vast expertise in this industry, planning, organizing and directing resources to reach certain goals and fulfil specific success criteria is a piece of cake for you.
Position Prerequisites
Minimum three years as a Digital Producer/Account Manager/Digital Project Manager.
Experience with Scrum or Agile methodology is required.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and multitask well.
An empathetic individual with the ability to communicate well to a broad range of personalities with an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Experience in digital production/account management or assisting in production for website from requirements gathering through to launch (completion) is highly regarded.
Understanding/awareness of the eCommerce ecosystem (e.g., ERP systems, POS systems, etc. and how these connect) is highly regarded.
Experience with eCommerce specific platforms (e.g., Magento / Shopify / BigCommerce / Demandware) is highly regarded.
Understand the customer user journey and conversion funnel for eCommerce.
Liaise with client project stakeholders and internal teams and manage the digital project lifecycle for key clients and deliver to scope, time and budget.
Convert client brief/requirements into project specifications and define estimates with the Production teams (Creative and Development).
Creating and providing ongoing management of Project Plans (Smartsheets/Jira) and Project Status Reports is highly regarded.
Regular reporting to client stakeholders as well as internal senior management.
Resource planning to required resources to deliver the project.
Work collaboratively with other Digital producers and Team Leads on the team when required.
