What it's about
Work closely with client reporting specialists and interaction partners in coordinating responses to client requests, which include the compilation of data across various systems
Ensure that client contacts are updated and properly flagged in the system in accordance to defined guidelines and processes
Support the Product Management team in preparing for periodic reporting by generating product reports.
Perform various ad-hoc and recurring tasks related to quarterly product reporting as well as specialized recurring client services tasks
Ensure that investment program-related PowerPoint slides are updated on a periodic basis, ensuring updated and correct information availability while adhering to defined guidelines and processes
Conduct periodic data and information checks across Partners Group's various systems and channels
Conduct the testing of newly developed reporting features and lend support to a diverse range of Product Management projects
What we expect
Fresh graduates from a reputable university with relevant coursework and professionals with 1-2 years working experience are welcome to apply
Knowledge of the financial services industry or private equity would be an advantage
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics is an advantage; qualified CPA would be a plus
Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to work well under tight deadlines are a must
Candidates should be detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable in dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data
The ideal candidate should have a good command of the English language. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required
