Key Responsibility:
Preparing, managing, and maintaining schedules, progress and reports.
Coordinate with all project department to collate project requirements and ensure the integration of the program.
Preparation of various project schedule studies and assess the impact to the Contractual Baseline Program & Internal Program.
Responsible for anticipating potential delays and highlighting slippage during the progress.
Functional Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering. (with PRC license is an advantage)
Minimum of 5yrs. experience in construction industry (Railway, Roads & Bridge project is an advantage)
Knowledge of the concept of design deliverables and the planning of typical design submission and approval process.
Primavera P6 practical experience is essential, and knowledge in TILOS is an advantage.
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for project reports & presentations.
Able to prepare level 1 up to detailed schedule with complete resource loading, project coding, histograms & S-curve.
Able to analyze current progress situation and potential areas of concern, progress variance, productivity, forecast trend.
Able to prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports.
Experience and skill in overall project reporting (forecast, recovery plans, lookaheads & rolling schedules).
Knowledge in float mapping using P6 in identification of Critical Path, and able to elaborate critical path, anticipate potential delays, establish recovery plans
Able to establish realistic and robust planning to optimize the coordination, support claims and protect project interest against potential claim.
Able to provide an as-built schedule and timely updated schedule situation depicting a comparison between the original baseline versus the actual execution.
Able to integrate engineering, procurement, production and commissioning schedules into the overall project schedule.

Can do effective PowerPoint presentations.
Able to chair meetings.
