Develops online business plans and oversee the overall operation of the online stores per platforms.
Utilizes social media platforms to highlight current sales programs and promotions
Propose policies and procedures within the limit of delegated authority aligned with the directions and objectives of Sales and Operation Head.
Responds to email inquiry, client chats, and phone calls.
Research on Online best practices, strategies and processes.
Provide reports to measure weekly sales effectiveness, metrics on highlighted programs and promotions.
Maintaining inventory levels and stocks allocated for Online Department
Coordination to Marketing Department for needed artwork to highlight
Directly reporting to Sales and Operation Head for updates, proposals, quotas and projection.
Possess excellent understanding of online retail marketing factors
Background in Photoshop, design ,content and web development is a plus
Ability to organize with a good eye for details and results oriented.
Capable of working with a team to optimize target online sales.
Has strong communication ( verbal and written ) and customer service skills to give high quality service to the customers.
Ability to maintain and develop good client relationship.
Ability to work under pressure, timelines and meeting tight deadlines
