What it's about
As part of the global team, you will be responsible for carrying out post-trade operations activities, provide support functions to Global Execution desk and Portfolio Management teams covering multiple asset classes (Equity, FX, OTC Options, ETD Options, Futures and Fixed Income).
Our service catalogue includes:
Daily trade affirmation against counterparty confirmations and prompt resolution of breaks, escalation when necessary
Manual reporting of trade to custodians for settlement where automatic feeds are not possible
Daily reconciliation of holdings, cash and underlying transaction against custodian data and prompt resolution of breaks, escalation when necessary
Managing the In-Kind Distribution process which includes recording of receipt and sale of shares into our system, coordinating the overall process between internal and external parties and maintaining data integrity between our systems
Securities static data maintenance in various internal systems
Cash and securities standard settlement instruction maintenance in ALERT
What we expect
Organized and reliable person with a degree or professional qualification and additional 2-3 years of experience in the middle/back office of an investment bank, asset manager or other financial institution.
Efficient, detail-oriented approach to work with clear communication style.
Flexible team player with a pro-active approach to work who enjoys taking ownership and working in collaborative manner.
