Outsourced is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Manila, Philippines that provides dedicated full time remote staff and offshore staffing services to foreign companies of all sizes.
We have 300 staff and are aiming to grow to 500 staff within the next 2 years. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for winning new international business clients who will hire additional staff via our dedicated offshore staffing services.

Data Entry of company details into our CRM system.
Emailing prospect leads with a Template and making small changes to the template to make it suitable for that company.
Searching Job Boards for new job postings by prospect clients.
Searching LinkedIn for the right point of contact within a company to add to the CRM system.
Data cleansing - ensuring all data is correct in CRM system.
Working to a strict KPI target
Would be Nice Features
Must be degree educated.
Excellent verbal & written English skills required - Certifications will be advantageous
Strong Admin and English typing experience will be required.
Daily activities
Research job boards for new postings
Find the correct pint of contact on LinkedIn - also search for their email address.
Add company & contacts to CRM system.
Email the contact the template which is selling a suitable candidate forward for their job.
