The Junior Media Buyer will be responsible for managing Investa's paid advertising campaigns, including but not limited to platforms like Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads to meet the leads, conversion, and sales objectives and push for a massive growth phase in all our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms by conducting extensive keyword research, designing ad creatives, analyzing ad sets and testing and optimizing ad performances
Identify target audiences by building customer avatars or persona based on data and research
Build and run A/B testing, lookalike audiences, retargeting set ups to meet the predefined KPIs and provide recommendations for improvements
CBO budget management strategy to get us overall better results in campaigns
Oversee the ads' daily budget and spend pacing in adherence to desired return and maximization of ROI/ROAS
Ensure daily optimization of campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
Create weekly strategies that consider previous results, iterates on what works, and moves away from what doesn't
Conduct analysis and report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives and deliver report to management on a regular basis
Collaborate with marketing team to develop eye catching and informative copies for ads, campaigns and landing pages
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in using Media Ad Platforms for ads campaigns and implementation
Experience in Canva or Photoshop for creative ad design is an advantage
Strong data analytical skills, data and business understanding and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple ads or campaigns from multiple projects
Updated with latest trends and digital marketing best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentations skills
Keen attention to details, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Background in finance/tech/ecommerce is an advantage
