MDM Systems, Inc. is currently in need of a Junior IT Support.
Job Responsibilities:
• First contact person for IT escalations and support
• Installation and configuring computer hardware, software, system, network, printers, and scanners.
• Administration of servers for both windows and Linux
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, server, network and VOIP lines
• Setting up and maintain user accounts.
• Repairing, replacing, and updating equipment/IT assets as necessary
• Uploading Leads to Dialer server
• Extracting reports from server / database as needed
• Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner
• Providing day to day technical support across the company (in-person and/or remotely)
• Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology (Network and Systems)
• Hands on experience in basic graphic design is a must.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Systems Administration experience in handling a Linux-based and Windows-based environment.
• Experienced in Monitoring and administering infrastructure (e.g. firewall, switches, router, access point, patch panel, ports, ups, cables, servers, printers) is an advantage
• Experience in VOIP, Asterisk is an advantage.
• Willing to work in unusual hours or shifting schedule.
• Self-starter
• Ability to communicate effectively with the IT Head and superiors in any scenario.
• Proactive in finding problems and solutions on a daily basis.
• Fast learner and can work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Team player
