An exciting IT role, with customer advocate / facilitator responsibilities has now been made available. The position seeks to ensure customers' acceptance, via a consultative process, promoting the use of our online SSO product. The successful applicant will be able to translate complex technical concepts, assisting in the navigation of the product environment. A high level of emotional, technical and business intelligence is necessary, to drive best outcome and to ensure a seamless adoption of the platform.
Core reaponsibilies:
Conduct Online Consultations - Conduct consultations and product related sessions (walkthrough, go-live, OTA, adhoc) with clients.
IT Escalation and Oversight - Manage the customer navigation through the consultation process. Check and ensure support workload is balanced between resources, service types, items. Take responsibility for Escalations
Coordinate Scheduling & Follow Up- Manage meeting/consultation schedules with clients and prospects for Product, Sales, Service and Executive teams.
Other Adhoc tasks - This is a client facing role and occasionally, tasks outside of the above scope may be required.
Experience in a customer facing service role
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
Engaging personality and the ability to build professional relationships quickly
Active listening skills and the ability to empathise with customer concerns
The ability to hold direct and assertive conversations with foreigners
Impeccable physical presentation
An understanding of technical concepts is highly desirable
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software IT and Software 3 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
