Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Sourcing
1. Create and execute an attracting and sourcing plan that will include identifying sourcing
channels the company will engage and/or partner with
2. Build relationships with partners that are potential sources of talent
3. Enforce the contract of SPMC with sourcing partners/vendors i.e. Bestjobs & Jobstreet
4. Create materials using a standard theme that represents SPMC as the employer
5. Answer queries regarding applications
6. Receive New Hire Requests (NHR) and source talents based on the positions that are open
for hiring
7. Create recruitment leads by phone screening and inviting applicants
II. Recruitment
1. Responsible for creating and executing an over-all recruitment experience plan
2. Facilitates the application exam
3. Executes Part I and II of the HR Recruitment Tracking Form
4. Schedules and endorses the final interviews between the applicant and final interviewer of
the specific Division
5. Process applicants who pass the final interview
6. Confer with the NHR requestor regarding recommendations from the final interview
passers, to fill in vacancies
7. Prepares Job Offers
8. Prepares Employment Contracts; negotiates the contract with applicants according to
approved salary and compensation package
9. Discusses the Employment Contract with the identified New Hire which includes the Job
Description
10. Closes the NHR request(s) once the open positions are filled in
11. Identifies the earliest date the New Hire can start working for SPMC
12. Endorse to HR Assistant the file of the New Hire (for follow through on pre-employment
requirements completion)
13. Send NHR Summary Report to all Division and Department Heads/Managers concerned;
every Monday
14. Prepare endorsement letter for endorsement regarding movement of employees and of
New Hires send to recipients; recipients shall be identified by the Division
15. Owner of the Employee Referral Program
16. Any other HR tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Job Requirements
A. Education
- A graduate of 4- year course with the Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management,
Business Administration, or any Behavioral Science course.
B. Work Experience
- Must have 1- 3 years related work experience: preferably in the same industry
C. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's)
c.1. KNOWLEDGE
• Behavioral Interviewing
• Use of the Recruitment Tracking Form
• Proficient in the use of social media and online sourcing tools/channels
• Must be familiar with creating a sourcing plan
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and e-mail applications
• Familiar with Action Registry
• Familiar on who are authorized final interviewers per Division
