junior Finance Manager (hiring asap)FCI Software Technologies Inc.

We are currently looking for a Junior Finance Manager to join a very young, smart and dynamic software development company. ​The person suited for this role will administer and analyze the financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The role is also responsible in aiding business planning and decision-making tasks by undertaking related accounts administration.
Some of the duties include:
Responsible for overseeing the finance group, cash flow management, inventory and asset management, strategic planning and/or business expansion and development.
Preparing, consolidating, reconciling and analyzing financial data (budgets, cash flow, P&L, forecasts etc.) as they are scheduled.
Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk; conducting reviews and evaluation for cost-reduction opportunities.
Create and manage the company's and its subsidiaries' financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
Ensure Accounting and Finance, as well as developing good business relationships to compliance to regulatory bodies (but not limited to) such as BIR, SEC and the local LGU.
Preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislations.
Other tasks deemed appropriate.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Taxation
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in working with multi-companies.
Nice to haves:
An MSc/MBA or CPA degree/license.
Exposure to Belize and Hong Kong financial regulations.
