Job Brief:
They will disseminate information to patients/guarantors regarding hospital policies and procedures as regards to billing and settlement of accounts and accommodates customers with queries regarding hospital charges within the Emergency Room Department.
Responsible for communicating with Physicians, hospital staff, and patients to ensure accurate and prompt billing and collection. He/She shall maintain proper encoding procedures and ensure confidentiality of information.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any course preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or Equivalent.
Have an advantage if with related work experience in Billing, Cashiering and Collections but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Advantage if familiar with Accounting terminologies
Amenable to work on shifting hours.
With good customer service skills
Ok to work office-based in BGC, Taguig City.
Can join immediately
