Position Description:
The team is in need of a Junior Finance Analyst to handle business support tasks for CGI Vodafone.
Job Description
• Responsible on request management tasks - attend client Work Order request, forward estimation sheet to experts secure approval and ensure submission to the client within SLA
• Responsible on resource management tasks - establishing resources, pending assignment approvals, SCR request accommodation.
• Responsible in providing funding analysis three-way to Billing, Flexbench and Germany Vodafone
• Must be able to prepare KPI reports
• Will be using different tools such as Diver, DSWeb, PSA Resource, Management tool, Ensemble, mPROC and Fieldglass.
• Proactively identify and investigate issues and escalate to POC with reliable context
• Suggest or create Process Service Improvement and share best practices.
• Attend process-related meetings with the onshore counterparts as needed and conduct cross-functional trainings as necessary
• Prepare administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the Lead Specialist
Background and Essential Skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably Accounting/ Finance/Business Management.
• Possess exceptional communication skills, good organizational skills and keen analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to solve problem effectively, multitask etc.
• Strong customer service orientation (0-3 years in financial services field desired)
• Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems and deliver effective resolutions to customers
• Creativity for devising effective customer solutions within pre-determined guidelines
• Quantitative proficiency for performing manual calculations. Adaptability and capacity to handle changing priorities
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
