Junior Product Engineer - Supply Chain Practice
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Jr. Engineer - Product Compliance, this is your unique opportunity to set your mark on the leading-edge. Anthesis is recruiting for full time positions to collect, evaluate, validate and manage engineering/technical/parametric data and information in SAP and other client and Anthesis engineering/compliance systems. To be successful, familiarity with technical data and product/part/material composition will be desirable. We are looking for entry level resources who are self-starters and willing to learn.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Following are lists of responsibilities but these are not exhaustive. Other responsibilities may be assigned depending on the needs of projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Review, validate and process engineering documents for mechanical, electronics and electrical products according to defined protocols;
• Collect/validate/manage data related to product/environmental compliance;
• Track progress/performance and provide periodic metrics reports;
• Use product engineering/technical documents or parametric data for various client/customers' needs;
• Normal work hours will be first (day) shift but you may be asked to work on another shift as the needs of a project demand.
REQUIREMENTS - WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Materials/Electrical/Electronics), Chemistry or equivalent.
• Parametric Data, Technical Drawings/Datasheets
• Knowledge in Product Compliance, Full Material Disclosure (FMD) Data, Material Safety Datasheet (MSDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS)
• Strong Computer proficiency with MS Office and good understanding of software tools
• Good communication, good team player, and interpersonal skills
• Self-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, meticulous and with strong sense of responsibility for quality and able to work independently under pressure
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Occasional travel may be required for meeting with regulatory agencies, trade group associations, and customers.
• The successful candidate must report to work Pasig City.
• Shifting may be required.
Preferred:
• Chinese and/or Japanese spoken and written technical language capability will be an advantage
• Preferably 1 Year Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Chemical/Materials/Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electronics/electrical manufacturing, bills of materials (BoMs), and materials typically used in electrical/electronics manufacturing
• Experience in SAP
