We are looking for a cloud DevOps engineer to provide assistance to the team. You will implement and maintain software infrastructure underlying the company's applications, occasionally improving systems to make them more cost-effective or efficient.
Responsibilities
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Design and implement systems that improve developer experience
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Other tasks may be assigned
Requirements
Hands-on experience with one Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform (AWS preferred)
Basic system design acumen
Good understanding of software systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
